QUICK GUIDE TO EASY CAMPING BREAKFASTS
Okay, we know we all should be eating super healthy breakfasts but many of these are just so tasty we had to include them. We’re into a healthy lifestyle with a balance of really delicious treats sometimes. Now we have that out of the way, don’t be surprised if your mouth gets wet while reading these easy camping breakfast recipes. If you are at home and it is late at night, why not do a test run because some of them make great late night snacks too.
These biscuits are really easy to make and are a blast for the kids.
Any fillings you want
Prepare your biscuit mix at home and place in a plastic bag so you can use it when you are out camping. As long as you have a flame going you can cook these. Get out enough biscuit mix to suit who’s eating and bend into the shape of a cowhorn. Stick it on the end of a stick and cook it over the campfire – too easy. If you want to make them more interesting, add fillings and put inside your cowhorn biscuit.
CAMPING BREAKFAST POTATOES
This is another meal that is so easy to make. Simply wash your potatoes before you start cooking. Leaving the skin on them makes them taste even better.
Butter or margarine
Heat up your frying pan with olive oil and butter. Add the onions and cook until tender. Add your chopped potatoes. Finally add your bell peppers and season while cooking until your potatoes are crispy brown.
FRIED BISCUITS WITH ANYTHING
Fried biscuits are easy, especially if you already have your biscuit mix.
Any fillings you want
Get out your biscuit mix and squash whatever shape biscuit you want. Thicken the edges by pushing on the sides. Punch holes to make them more fun. You’ll have donuts and donut holes. Fry quickly in some oil. Add toppings and fillings as you want. Strawberries and cream or even icecream is awesome, if you have it.
CAMPFIRE BLUEBERRY MUFFINS IN AN ORANGE
These muffins are so delicious and so foolproof because all you do is throw them together and throw them in the fire.
Blueberry muffin mix
Make up your muffin mix and store it in a plastic bag until you need it. Cut oranges in half and spoon out the flesh and juice (save for drinking with your muffins). Add your muffin mix and wrap in foil before throwing on the fire (or putting in the oven). You’ll get the tastiest moist muffins you’ve ever had.

If you love beer and pancakes, this recipe is for you.
Anything else you want
Mix up your pancake mix in a plastic bag because it is easier to pour. Add your ingredients while adding your favourite beer. Heat up your skillet to a medium heat, cook and serve immediately with anything else on top you like.
