GREAT SMOOTHIE IDEAS

If you want to shake up your breakfast or give yourself a healthy afternoon snack, these easy-to-whiz smoothie ideas are for you. They are all easy to make. Put them in a blender and add water if you want a thinner smoothie. Put in the fridge or freezer for your desired texture.

CREAMY DATE

INGREDIENTS

3/4 cup whole milk
1/3 cup pitted dates
1/2 cup ice

SPICED PUMPKIN

INGREDIENTS

1 cup ice
1/2 cup whole milk
1/3 cup pumpkin puree
1 tablespoon honey
1 pinch ground nutmeg

GINGERBERRY

INGREDIENTS

1/4 cup oats
1/4 cup blueberries
1/2 cup  yoghurt
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon grated ginger

MANGO

INGREDIENTS

1 cup chopped mango
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup ice

2 tablespoon honey

BAPPLE

1/2 banana
1 cup apple juice

1 tablespoon lemon juice
