FOODS THAT BURN FAT JUST BY EATING THEM

If you are looking to lose weight and get more out of whatever exercise you do, these foods will help your body burn more fat. You still have to do some exercise though.

WALNUTS

Walnuts are a rich source of omega 3. While most nuts contain some, walnuts are packed with the stuff. It is great for triggering your body to burn fat and it is great for your state of mind.

GINGER

There are so many things good about ginger. Another one of them is the fact that it helps you lose fat. You’ll burn more calories when you exercise if you have ginger in your diet.

OATMEAL

Oats are cheap, filling, contain loads of protein and they also help you burn fat. They are a slow digesting carb. That means you get energy from them throughout the day.

AVOCADO

The mono-unsaturated fats in avocado give you energy when you exercise plus encourage your body to burn fat. The sugar in avocados also slows down insulin release.

FISH

Fish is one of the healthiest meats you can eat. Salmon is one of the best for giving you omega-3, which gives your body a direct supply of EPA and DHA fats. The direct supply of these fats encourages fat burning and blocks the storage of fats.

SOYBEANS

Soybeans are packed with protein. Protein is perfect for building muscle and aid fat loss. Soybeans also act as an appetite suppressant.

COLD WATER

Drinking cold water first thing in the morning increases your metabolic rate. You can keep this up all day. Drink 2 cups of water before every meal.
