Camping games will let your trip a memorable event other than just staring and holding a cellphone. There are games for any age from adults, teens to kids. No fancy things needed, just about anything that you can find around your campsite.

The Alphabet game is ideal for younger kids. It’s simple, the kids just need to find, and write down or point out objects that start with the letter starting from A to Z. The first player to finish wins the game.


Camping Olympics is guaranteed fun even when played with any age. Run your imagination and creativity as you make a set of games like relay, swimming, puzzles and finding objects. Then group yourselves according to age or athletic skills of the group. The first team to finish the relay wins the game.


It may be hard for most teenagers to put their phones away from them, but this fun-filled game can excite them. In this game, everyone stands in a circle except for one who’s in the middle of the ball. The player will move around saying catch or don’t catch while throwing the ball to other members. If a player catches the ball when not told or the other way around, then that player is out.


Camping charades is an easy yet fun game to play. One official will make the set of words for each group and will hold the timer. Each member of the group will act the word, while the other members guess it. The group with the shortest time wins the game.


Obstacle Course is probably one of the most favourite camping games that burn a lot of energy. You can include any obstacle that you can bring like crawl over a picnic table, do jumping jack and push-ups, hold on one food and alike. Create different groups and the first group to finish the course wins.


For this game, you need cups for each person who plays. Fill in the first cup all the way to the top then the first person dumps the water out over his or her head into the next person’s cup. Continue on the line, trying to keep as much water possible. If there’s still water, the first person can run to the back of the line to start it over.

It’s easy to have the greatest time especially when technologies are out of the matter. You can enjoy each other’s company without the help of any social media. There are a lot of games that can be played with all ages which can also reconnect you with your family and friends.
